I did not want AI to occupy more of life.

I wanted it to return life to us.

The origin

UBIKITOS began with a simple frustration.

Powerful AI still needed a human to remember the process, connect every piece, chase the evidence and keep every agent honest. I was becoming the operating system around the machines.

01

The friction

The machines could work. I was still carrying the system.

AI could draft, analyse, code and research—but I still had to remember the context, connect the work, chase the evidence, resolve contradictions and decide what was safe to trust. The intelligence was improving. The burden of coordination was not.

02

The realisation

The problem was no longer capability. It was custody.

If autonomous systems were going to touch real companies, creative work, research and money, they needed more than good answers. They needed memory, boundaries, evidence, recovery and a clear relationship to human authority.

03

The build

So I began turning the burden into infrastructure.

UBIKITOS grew from a collection of practical systems for remembering decisions, coordinating agents, preserving evidence, learning from failure and keeping consequential action inside explicit rules. Each experiment asks the same question: can the system carry more responsibility without quietly taking more authority?

04

The proof

Success is not another dashboard. It is time returned.

One of the clearest early moments was not a benchmark. It was a day away from the computer while the work continued under defined boundaries. That is the standard: not autonomy as spectacle, but useful work that lets a human be somewhere else—and remain accountable for what happens.

What I believe

Capability is not permission.

Evidence matters more than confidence.

The purpose of automation is human freedom.

That is why UBIKITOS is being built as a layer between autonomous intelligence and consequential action—not to slow useful work, but to make greater autonomy governable.

The promise

GO LIVE LIFE.

It is not an escape from responsibility. It is the reason to build responsible autonomy in the first place: so meaningful work can continue without requiring a human life to shrink around it.
